1)MUSICAL/RHYTHMIC - learning through patterns, rhythms and music. This includes not only auditory learning, but the identification of patterns through all the senses.
2) A great tool in relating to those students who learn best via a musical intelligence. May be used to help show mood in art, lyrics in english or relationships in pdhpe. Music can be successful in creating classroom disscussion, in which leads to social interaction and which also leads to peers learning off each other. The teacher may use the song than ask students to break up into groups and maybe illustrate or record the feelings this song gives off. Through music the teacher can touch into all of the intelligences by asking students to represent things in certain ways, e.g journal, narrative, picture stories etc.
