1)MUSICAL/RHYTHMIC - learning through patterns, rhythms and music. This includes not only auditory learning, but the identification of patterns through all the senses.
2) A great tool in relating to those students who learn best via a musical intelligence. May be used to help show mood in art, lyrics in english or relationships in pdhpe. Music can be successful in creating classroom disscussion, in which leads to social interaction and which also leads to peers learning off each other. The teacher may use the song than ask students to break up into groups and maybe illustrate or record the feelings this song gives off. Through music the teacher can touch into all of the intelligences by asking students to represent things in certain ways, e.g journal, narrative, picture stories etc.

Game

1) VISUAL/SPATIAL - learning visually and organizing ideas spatially. Seeing concepts in action in order to understand them. The ability to "see" things in one's mind in planning to create a product or solve a problem. Also the use of gorrilas may appeal to nature students. The solving of problems appeals to logical-mathamatical students. Also the instructions and word content would be appealing to linguistic students. Therefore this game is successful in appealing to a wide variety of students.

2) Give these types of students an opportunity to solve problems and plan and solve problems. This game could be implemented to lessons that encourage students to learn english concepts and gives rewards (bananas), this postive motivation helps boost student's confidence in their quest for the correct answer. This game gives an exciting twist to a 'borring' topic. The game helps engage students from all intelligences to have fun while learning!!!!

- Q 1) This picture would appeal to those students who have a Spatial/visual intelligence. They have the ability to perceive and mentally manipulate a form or object, and to perceive and create tension, balance and composition in a visual or spatial display. Spatial Intelligence is the ability to create visual-spatial representations of the world and to transfer those representations either mentally or concretely.

-Q2) This picture may be used in a classroom environment to help instill an image of ned kelly. This image may be shown in conjunction with a timeline of his life. The picture will help add interest to the topic as he looks extremely unique.

This clip will attempt to engage students in a deeper learning as they may answer questions. These answers will involve the students assimilating past knowledge to the new information that is being given to them.

A liitle extra - an Insight into what intelligences the assessment items appeal to!!!!

Pictures and images/ A video clip: Spatial intelligence is the ability to perceive and mentally manipulate a form or object, and to perceive and create tension, balance and composition in a visual or spatial display. Spatial Intelligence is the ability to create visual-spatial representations of the world and to transfer those representations either mentally or concretely. Well developed spatial capacities are needed for the work of architects, sculptors and engineers. The students who turn first to the graphs, charts and pictures in their textbooks, who like to "web" their ideas before writing a paper, and who fill the blank space around their notes with intricate patterns are also using their spatial intelligence.
A sound file:
Musical intelligence is the ability to enjoy, perform or compose a musical piece.Musical/Rhythmic Intelligence includes sensitivity to pitch, timbre rhythm of sounds, as well as responsiveness to the emotional implications of these elements. While composers and instrumentalists clearly exhibit this intelligence, so do the students who seem particularly caught by the birds singing outside the classroom window, or who constantly tap out intricate - or irritating - rhythms on the desk with their pencils.
A Graphic Organiser: Would be a mix between math/logical intelligence and visual spatial intelligence.
An online game: Bodily-kinesthetic intelligence entails the potential of using one's whole body or parts of the body to solve problems. It is the ability to use mental abilities to coordinate bodily movements. Howard Gardner sees mental and physical activity as related.
